Welcome to rkludo.com. By registering an account and engaging in skill-based battles on RK Ludo, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. These rules exist to keep rkludo a competitive, fair, and professional gaming environment for every player on the platform.

1. Eligibility & Account Integrity

Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an RK Ludo account. You agree to provide accurate registration data, and you acknowledge that using automated bots, exploiting software glitches, or colluding with other players on rkludo is strictly forbidden and will result in a permanent ban without refund. One person may hold only one active rkludo.com account; multiple accounts created to farm referral bonuses or manipulate the leaderboard will be suspended.

2. Match Verification & Fair Play

All battle results on RK Ludo are finalized through our proprietary screenshot verification process. Providing forged, edited, or reused screenshots is a serious violation of these terms. Our administration reserves the right to review match evidence, request additional proof, and declare match outcomes based on the balance of evidence submitted by both players.

3. Wallet, Deposits & Withdrawals

Funds added to your rkludo wallet are held for the sole purpose of entering skill-based battles. Withdrawal requests are processed to the bank account or UPI ID registered under your own name; RK Ludo does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Standard TDS and applicable charges, described on our TDS Policy page, apply to net winnings before payout.

4. Account Suspension & Termination

rkludo.com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found violating these Terms, engaging in fraudulent payment activity, or attempting to reverse-engineer the platform. Where an investigation is ongoing, wallet balances may be temporarily frozen until the matter is resolved.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect new features or regulatory requirements. Continued use of RK Ludo after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms — we recommend reviewing this page occasionally, especially before entering high-stake battles.
