Given the digital, instant nature of competitive gaming, rkludo.com operates with a clear financial protocol for entries, cancellations, and refunds on every RK Ludo battle.

1. Battle Cancellations

If a match is mutually cancelled before the room code is successfully exchanged, entry stakes are instantly credited back to both users' rkludo wallets — no waiting period, no manual request needed.

2. Opponent No-Show

If your opponent fails to join or share a room code within the confirmation window, your entry fee is automatically refunded in full so you're never left waiting on a match that never started.

3. Payment Failures

If a deposit fails but funds are debited from your financial institution, auto-reversals are initiated on our end and will typically reflect in your source account within 5-7 business days, in line with standard banking timelines.

4. Disputed Results

When two players submit conflicting screenshots for the same RK Ludo battle, our admin team reviews the evidence and resolves the dispute — including issuing a refund to both players where the outcome genuinely cannot be determined.

5. What Isn't Refundable

Entry fees for battles that were completed and verified with a clear winner are not refundable to the losing player — that stake formed part of the winner's payout and is final once the result is confirmed on rkludo.com.
